Key behaviours: Clear understanding through stop-work, challenge/response, and repeat-back, plus effective supervision of the work group.
Risk control: Managing interfaces, maintaining limits/boundaries, and preventing common errors during set-up, delivery, and close-out.
This is a knowledge assessment for UK rail. It has 105 questions and a time limit of 60 minutes. The pass mark is 95%. You see your result when you finish.
Use it to check what you know before a competence review, to find weak areas, or to keep your knowledge up to date. Managers can use the results to see who needs more development.
